I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid SX Prestige X-Line from Lion Country Kia. Although I live several hours away, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Noah was responsive, patient, and answered all of my questions throughout the buying process. He provided the information I needed, kept me updated, and made sure everything was ready before I arrived at the dealership. One thing I really appreciated was that most of the paperwork was completed in advance, which made the delivery process smooth and saved me a lot of time. We only stopped to look I swear and the next thing I know we have a new car!!! Tyler was wonderful. There was no stress or pressure just a great experience. Dave was a great help at explaining the paperwork and finances as well. I will definitely come back for my next car!

First time Kia owner here and very happy with the car and the service. They gave me the best trade-in price for my old car, the best warranty, and the zero percent financing for a new car cinched the deal. The staff went out of their way to be very accomidating. The car drives like a dream...I'm enjoying it more every day. You'll see me in a Kia!

I have yet to purchase a Kia there, despite buying four new ones since 2018. As I get older, that will change one day. I have used their service dept a few times and have been highly impressed. They did work me a deal on a new vehicle while I was there and the deal was strong. Not five alarm strong but certainly solid and that was first pencil. That’s all you can ask from a local dealer. Ultimately the vehicle was just out of my budget even if they lost money. At my last service appt they helped me tremendously on a claim for a certified GT I bought in Cleveland. Could have easily denied it but they didn’t. That alone will afford them the first and last shot at my next purchase. Thanks LCK!
